Wellness and Nutrition
A growing body of scientific evidence supports the role of nutrition and Stress management in achieving a wellness lifestyle. This course will explore how we define terms such as wellness and health. What Factors we as individuals use to evaluate our own health and where there may be gaps in our assessment. This interactive course will give you an overview of the components that contribute to overall wellness; as well as give you ideas on how to live healthy and still stay with in your budget.
