Dr. Templeton earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College. She also attended Missouri State University where she earned a BS in Psychology and Heritage College where she earned her Associates degree in Massage Therapy. She currently practices chiropractic and teaches part-tie at Wellspring. Dr Templeton has a passion for learning and wishes to pass this passion on to other young minds.
Territa Smith, RMA, is a Registered Medical Assistant and she graduated from Concorde Career Institute in Kansas City, Missouri. Territa has over 14 years of Phlebotomy experience and has been a college instructor for over seven years. Territa is a part-time-instructor.
Calie Noland earned her bachelor’s decree in Family and Consumer Science Education from the University of Central Missouri. Shortly after graduation, she continued her education and began to work on her master’s degree. In May 2013, she completed her master’s decree in Career and Technology Education Leadership. She has been in the field of education even prior to her bachelor’s degree, becoming a Parents as Teachers Educator. Calie began teaching Family and Consumer Science to 6th – 12th graders in 2005. Education has always been a part of her life through educating others and herself. She holds certificates in NRCPT and Missouri IS FACS. Calie is a part-time instructor.
Rachel George graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in April 2011, from the 750-Hour Massage Therapy Program. She is a part-time instructor.
Judy Collins, LMT, graduated from WellSpring in 2000 with a certificate in Massage Therapy and is nationally certified. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from Southwest Missouri State University. Judy is the full-time program manager for the Massage Therapy certificate and Associate Degree programs.

For over 2 decades, Marsha has shared her passion and knowledge of fitness with individuals seeking to enhance their personal level of fitness and overall well-being. From military environments & fitness centers to corporate settings, her clients represent a diverse group of individuals with one common goal: To look and feel better!
She holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine, and a B.A. in Business Management. She is certified by ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, and the NSCA-CSCS for personal training and group fitness instruction. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level through Yoga Alliance. She is currently working on her doctorate in health education and promotion.
Marsha is an avid runner, specializing in marathon and half marathon training. As of March 2016, she has completed 35 marathons in 31 states.
David Kopp, LMT, earned his certification in massage therapy at Wellspring School of Allied Health in April, 2011, earning Academic Achievement and Personal Achievement awards and is currently working toward his certification in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. David also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of Central Missouri where he served as an adjunct faculty member from 2002-2006. Prior to becoming a massage therapy practitioner, David was an accomplished, award winning photographer, print and broadcast journalist. He has won awards for his work from the Associated Press, Missouri Press Association, and National Association for Local Television Sportscasters. A devoted family man, David and his wife, Karen have three children and six grandchildren.
Casey Hildinger has been involved in the fitness industry since 2001. Casey attended Fort Hays State University, and then certified through A.C.E. for Personal Training. Casey has experience as Fitness Director of Prairie Life Fitness, Master of Fitness, US Army, and currently works as a Personal Trainer. Unique, energetic and efficient explanation is what Casey strives to bring to students and clients.
Tionna Kuhnhoff earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Park University where she was the strength & conditioning captain of the women’s softball team.
Upon graduating from Park in 2002, Ms.Kuhnhoff attended The Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Arizona where she gained knowledge & experience in over 20 different modalities, including both Eastern and Western concepts and 100 cadaver lab hours.
In 2008 Ms. Kuhnhoff obtained her certification for Holistic Nutrition through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), after she completed 300 course hour requirements to provide more resources for her clientele.
Tionna has been in the Health/Fitness/Wellness field for 15 years, providing a holistic approach to one on one personal training, therapeutic massage and nutrition counseling/coaching. Ms. Kuhnhoff joins Wellspring with 7 years of teaching experience and is passionate about educating about the human body and the nutrition it requires to live optimally.
Meridith Fitch earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. In 2009, she graduated from the Massage Therapy Certificate Program at MTTI-Wellspring. She has been working in the massage therapy field since. She is a part-time instructor.
