Here at the WellSpring offices, many of us go back and forth between tea and coffee. While we love our coffee, a lot of us know how good tea (especially green tea!) can be for health. But, thankfully, a new study shows that both tea and coffee are good for for the heart!
According to a study published in Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology: Journal of the American Heart Association, high and moderate consumption of tea and moderate coffee consumption are linked with reduced heart disease. So drink moderately and reap the benefits!
